Leadership Development

The School of Ministry & Leadership Development (SMLD), is a training programme for equipping leaders, that falls under Pillar 2 of the CITAM’s strategic plan (2023 –2027)

    • Discipleship, Fellowship and Pastoral Care [Pillar 2] Report on personal growth in Christianity
    • To develop leaders for effective discipleship ministry [SMLD is aligned to Strategic objective 3 of Pillar 2]
    • Discipleship to be facilitated on all media platforms [SMLD is aligned to Strategic objective 4 of Pillar 2]

Generally, leaders will go through a brief training programme (as defined the assembly heads) to prepare them for service in their specific areas of ministry.
